TELEPHONE SURVEYS

Telephone surveys offer a fast method of gathering information from a  representative sample of a general population, a specific group or type of professional, or a specific group within a general population or location – basically, any group that you determine to be your target market.

The interviewer follows a customized and pre-approved script similar to a written questionnaire. However, unlike a written questionnaire that is received in the mail, the telephone survey provides an opportunity to clarify or probe opinions. Telephone survey calls generally last less than ten minutes and most are conducted during late afternoon and early evening hours.

When we’re done with the interviews we analyze the data, prepare a written report (complete with charts and graphs) and a summary of our findings.  We also make recommendations for you to consider, based on our findings.
